Abstract:  Through the comparison of the performance parameters between the conventional liner hanger and the inner embedded slips liner hanger, considering the well cementing difficulties and construction risks of sidetracking wells, we reach to a conclusion that the inner embedded slips liner hanger can provide better technique superiority and onsite operation security than the conventional liner hanger, because the inner embedded slips liner hanger has the advantages including excellent protection for the slips, high performances of on site operation and larger fluid passage area. The use of embedded slip hanger on solutions to increase casing stuck to the tube resistance, all of which provides strong technique support for the sidetracking wells cementing and well completion thereafter, obtaining better later production test effect and economic benefit.

摘要:  提高长庆区块老井长停井的复产增效工作是稳产的重要手段,老井侧钻是挖潜增效的有效方式之一。老井侧钻完井时使用悬挂固井,现场施工难度大。通过对常规尾管悬挂器与内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器结构及性能参数对比分析,结合长庆区块现有老套管井侧钻井固井难点及施工风险进行现场施工对比,认为内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器具有卡瓦保护性好,能防止提前坐挂,悬挂操作性强保证下入安全和悬挂操作,过流面积大的优点能解决悬挂器管串循环压力大问题,能提供比常规悬挂器更好的工艺优越性和现场施工安全性。使用内嵌式卡瓦悬挂器能为管串增加下套管遇阻遇卡的解决方案,为老井侧钻井固井及后期完井提供有力的技术支撑及保障,能够获得更加好的后期试采效果及经济效益。
